Trauma Healing

Trauma is often associated as only occurring in the mind, but it is also a body issue. Our bodies store these memories, and our minds learn to rely on defense mechanisms that may have served us at one time, but now hold us back.  During this session/service, we seek to release these things with love and create a space for healing and a clearer path forward.  When the body calms down, the mental and emotional aspects of healing will be brought into consciousness.
